SHIPPING
A flat rate of $5.95 will be added to all online orders. Shipping is free for orders over $100,
Standard Delivery: All domestic, non-express orders are sent out USPS Priority Mail while the final delivery is made by USPS, your regular postman. Packages will most likely be left in your mailbox or the front door.
A POSH member will hand deliver your order in the 78732 zip code only for free. Use code LOCAL for free delivery for that zip code only. One code per order.
Posh Mercantile shipping policies are subject to change and may be revoked at any time.
Standard Posh Mercantile orders require 2-3 days to be processed and usually ship within 5-7 business days.
We highly recommend reviewing all order information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your is processed & shipped as quickly as possible. If your order status is " unfulfilled " we may be able to make adjustments to your shipping address or products. Please give your customer care team a call at 512.477.1346 if your order requires a change
BACK-ORDER or PREORDER ITEMS: These items usually ship within 2-5 weeks. In some instances we get bumped to future dates before receiving the items. If that happens we will notify our POSH clients.
Missing Package Marked as “Delivered”:
- Check your mailbox
- Ask your postman where he placed it
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- See if someone else accepted the delivery
- Wait until the end of the next day to see if it turns up
- Consider whether or not the package may have been stolen
“Undeliverable as Addressed” Packages: orders marked by the shipping carrier as “undeliverable as addressed” and returned to us are subject to a second shipping fee.

Our policy lasts 30 days with no restocking fees. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
RETURNS
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
- We will not accept any exchanges or returns if the items have been washed
- If you need to exchange it for the same item you can send the item back using any carrier or make an appointment to come to our show room.

- Once it is received and inspected we will ship the replacement item for the cost of shipping.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@poshdesignsco.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
RETURNS / STORE CREDIT
We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the receive date
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
- Returns must include your packing slip
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, bralettes, hats, beanies, shoes, jewelry will not be accepted. Sale items and holiday items also cannot be returned. Queen of Sparkles brand is also non-refundable.

- All sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-7 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. The credit NEVER expires. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

Items not eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. If those not eligible items are sent to us, standard shipping rates will apply to return them.
