Our goal at Posh is for you to love every piece you order, but we know that returns happen So, we hope this makes it a simple process for you.

Refund Policy

We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed and tags attached) within 7 business days of fulfillment for either an exchange or store credit.
We do not offer refunds to your form of payment for returned items.

Missing Package Marked as “Delivered”:

  • Check your mailbox
  •  Ask your postman where he placed it
  •  Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  •  See if someone else accepted the delivery
  •  Wait until the end of the next day to see if it turns up
  •  Consider whether or not the package may have been stolen

“Undeliverable as Addressed” Packages: orders marked by the shipping carrier  as “undeliverable as addressed” and returned to us are subject to a second shipping fee.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer two options for what you can receive for returned items:

  1. An exchange for the same item in a different size or color as available
  2. Store credit for the amount paid for the item, including taxes

Client is to pay for a return label. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order or email us at info@poshdesignsco.com. We ask that you please include photos of any damage to expedite the process. We do our best with pictures but colors may vary due to photography lenses. These situations do not qualify for defects.
